Family Service Director
Our Experienced Family Service Directors will manage the funeral services and provide support to grieving families, which involves coordinating all aspects of the funeral, from the preparation of the deceased to the final burial. They are responsible for handling necessary paperwork, coordinating with the team at MARJIM, the Clergy, and guiding families through the decision-making process with compassion and professionalism.
Family Bereavement Counselor
Our family bereavement counselor provides compassionate, professional guidance to families coping with the death of a loved one. Their role is to provide emotional and psychological support and create a safe space for family members to express and normalize their grief while developing healthy coping mechanisms to adapt to life after a loss.
Office Manager
Our office manager will handle all administrative tasks, coordinate services, support staff, and grieving families. She/He will manage schedules, preparing documents like death certificates and memorial folders, maintaining records, overseeing finances and inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations. She/He shall carry out their tasks with compassion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Accounts/Finance Manager
Our accounting manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, which includes managing staff, maintaining accurate books, and preparing financial reports, while also adapting duties to the unique needs of the industry, like coordinating pricing for services and merchandise. Key duties will include managing daily accounting operations, payroll, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial statements, managing the budget, and providing financial recommendations to management. She/He shall also handle specific industry tasks like pricing updates for services and merchandise and may coordinate pricing updates.
Office Assistants
Our office assistants handle administrative tasks, support funeral directors, and assist with services. Their key duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork like contracts and obituaries, processing invoices, maintaining records, and updating the company's website. They also provide compassionate support to families and assist with setting up and coordinating funeral and memorial services.
Office Secretary
Our office secretary is responsible for front-office duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to funeral directors. They shall prepare memorial packages and paperwork, managing case files and data entry, handling billing and invoicing, and coordinating staff schedules for services. They have excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills, with a strong emphasis on compassion and sensitivity due to the environment.
