Data Protection: MARJIM shall process Personal Data only in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws and prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. MARJIM shall take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of its staff with access to Personal Data, ensuring they are trained in confidentiality and data protection and in the unlikelihood of any data breach, we shall notify the buyer/s without undue delay.
